Ingredients

2 to 3 loins of deep-frozen soaked Riberalves codfish
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped red pepper
4 tablespoons of good oil
3 tablespoons of palm oil
1/2 l of coconut milk

Preparation

Start by sautéing the cod loins in olive oil and palm oil, add the diced tomatoes, onion, and pepper. As soon as you feel the stew is at the point, add the coconut milk and let it cook.

It is accompanied by white rice and the very Brazilian farofa.
