How about preparing a delicious Codfish with everything in the oven?
Defrost the codfish loins, cook in plenty of water for approximately 8 minutes, remove skin and bones and slice.
Peel and cook the potatoes and carrots in salted water, leave to cool slightly, cut into slices and season with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the julienne cabbage leaves in salted water and drain well. Boil the eggs and chop them.
Soften the sliced onion in olive oil.
Pour a drizzle of olive oil in a baking dish, then layer the ingredients, starting with the potatoes and carrots, then the cabbage, then the chopped egg, the onions, the flaked codfish and finally the chopped eggs. Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 10 to 15 minutes.
