4 slices of deep-frozen soaked Riberalves codfish
4 baked potatoes
3 onions
4 boiled eggs
olives
Salt and pepper
Oil

Defrost the codfish fillets. Roast the codfish (the best if you grill it).

Then sauté the sliced onions with the olive oil, salt and pepper.

Remove the skin and bones from the codfish and flake it. Arrange the sliced boiled potatoes, the codfish and the hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cut in half on the plate, drizzle with the hot onion and serve.
