Ingredients

1 cooked and shredded cod loin
1-2 onions
4 eggs
1 large can of mung bean sprouts
oil
coriander to taste

Preparation

To start preparing a delicious Lowcarb “à Brás” Style codfish, separate the codfish.

In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil place a generous portion of sliced onion and let it golden. Add the mung bean sprouts (well drained) and cook for about 3 minutes. Add the shredded codfish and cook for a few more minutes.

At the end add the scrambled eggs and mix the sprouts and codfish well.

Serve it with chopped fresh coriander. That is it!
